I've been a leader of and consultant to large and small companies for over 25 years with a focus on brands often in the health & wellness arena . . . 

and have extensive experience in growing established businesses with flat sales, or in need of a turnaround, as well as from start-up; driving innovation and cost control; with businesses that have been PE backed, PLC, or owner managed.

This has been achieved through a management style that inspires those I work with and generates results in an environment in which the individual can make a difference. I work well with entrepreneurial visionary owners, as well as directors in larger corporates, assessing context, developing the strategy and business plan and then focusing on detailed implementation. The result has been sustainable profitable growth.

I started my career in marketing at Unilever before becoming a strategy management consultant at Gemini. I then returned to industry joining the board of Cott Beverages and then Premier Foods. Since then I have consulted to and lead a number of SMEs including Maximuscle (04-07).

I have an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
